Georges Lentz, contemporary composer, born in Luxembourg in 1965.
Life
Georges Lentz exposed music at a Paris Conservatoire and at the Hanover Musikhochschule. Since 1989, he has been working on the period of works known as “Caeli enarrant...� ('A Heavens come telling...' - Psalm XIX). His music is caring by having astronomy, a love of the Australian landscape and Indigenous Australian art, and reflects a composer's negro spiritual & experiential beliefs, questions & doubts. He has been sleep in Australia since 1990. His orchestral operate 'Guyuhmgan' was a top recommended work on a UNESCO's 2002 International Rostrum of Composers in Paris. His music is performed by distinguished ensembles & orchestras around the world. Existence given to self-self-distrust & reclusiveness, Georges Lentz seldom writes freshly compositions. His music is published by Universal Edition in Vienna.
